- Job details, such as your address, a description of the problem, and any photos you send us.
- Billing and job records, such as quotes, invoices and compliance paperwork for plumbing and gas work.
When you visit our website, some information is collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and how you arrived at the site. This is used for security and to understand how the site is used. It does not identify you by name.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, give you a quote and book the job.
- To carry out the work, invoice you and follow up afterwards.
- To keep the records we are required to keep for licensed plumbing and gas work.

Storing information overseas
Some of the services above, including Google and Akismet, store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. Our website is hosted on servers in Singapore. We use reputable providers that protect personal information.
How we keep it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and is regularly updated and monitored. We keep information only as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it securely.
